Terms & Conditions related to Orders/Appointments
01. All the appointments will be made between 10 am to 8 pm. Except on National holidays.
02. The minimum order amount shall be of 3,000 INR and the customer should be the resident of the DELHI and NCR regions otherwise the order/appointment will not be placed. If your order amount is less than the capping allocated by the company, you will be levied with the conveyance charges i.e. 350 INR.
03. The prices confirmed by the company are non-negotiable.
04. The Service Charge of 10% of the total amount will be levied on the stitching price.
05. For any discount coupons and special/festive offers, visit our website or social media platforms and share the same at the time of appointment
06. In some cases, the estimated price may vary, therefore, the total amount mentioned on the invoice sent by the company through its registered email address will be considered the final payable amount.
07. You will have to provide 100% total amount at the time of appointment.
08. On all types of orders, sure GST charges (all government taxes) are going to be applicable varies from 5% to 12% depending on the kind of service you asked from us.
09. while placing the order, you're requested to sign the form which incorporates the design, style and preferences finalized by you.
10. If you would like to cancel the order you placed with us, no refund is going to be initiated when the adviser or designer has visited your location.
11. In case, a consultant/designer pays a visit for the appointment you reserved with us and you choose to not to place an order, you'll be obligatory with sure visiting charges depending on the location:
applicable to the visiting charges that are collectible by you (the customer).
13. Any order cancelled after when the fabric being picked from your location shall lead to 50% advance for forfeiting.
14. The ultimate output may vary (slight shading in the product of the same fabric) due to the photo effect.
15. Since we offer world class customized services slight variations in the fitting of two finished garments produced with the same body measurements may occur, but generally, these variations are non-noticeable.
16. Garments will not be kept for more than 31 days in case of partial payments or no payment from your end.
17. Milwan Fashion does not keep customer garments for more than 31 days due to non-payment/partial payment.
18. All refunds and cancellations are processed within 15 days from the date we accept your cancellation.
19. All orders placed with Milwan Fashion Pvt Ltd is subject to terms of conditions of the organisations.
Terms & Conditions related to Delivery
01. The delivery time of a product is 10 -12 days after the production process has been initiated from our end. It may vary depending on a few circumstances., (like some COVID 19 restrictions).
02. delivery date shall be calculated from the date you make the complete payment and not from the date when your fabric was picked from your location.
03. No commitment or promises related to the delivery date are done from our end as the delivery of all the products is handled by a third-party contracted logistics company.
04. We offer Free Delivery on your first successful order.
05. Make sure someone is available in your absence to accept the order at the time of delivery.
06. In case, you need to change the delivery date, please inform us by contacting our customer support number i.e. +91-844-834-6642.
Terms & Conditions related to Alterations
01. Being a customized designer brand, we produces garments on request, hence, you (the customer) is requested to provide all the crucial details (measurements, fabrics, stitching type, etc.) at the time of placing the order, helping us produce the final garment as per your expectations.
02. Once the garment goes in the production stage (partially or fully developed), any sort of changes or alterations will be done at the discretion of Milwan fashion PVT LTD.
03. In case, your garment’s fitting is not proper as per your measurements shared with us, we shall alter your garment in the given timeline.
04. For any issues related to the fitting of the garment, you shall bring it to our notice by contacting us at +91-844-834-6642 or emailing us at within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
05. We only provide a one-time garment alteration service in an order placed through us. Any changes or modifications required by you after the first alteration may be imposed with suitable charges.
06. No refunds are initiated once the payment has been successfully done as Milwan fashion PVT LTD is into custom-made products.
07. Prices our products/services are subject to change without any prior notice.
